Arkel Cam-Lock Oversized Hook Kit

The kit includes the following parts to retrofit 1 pannier:

- 1 aluminum rail (8 or 10 in.)
- 2 aluminum hooks with nylon inserts to protect the rack
- 1 locking swivel
- 2 d-rings to attach optional shoulder strap
- 1 multifiber bungee
- 1 stainless steel wire hook
